At The Daydreaming Unicorn, every piece is handmade and many items are one-of-a-kind original works of art. Because of the unique nature of our products, all sales are final.
Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Original artwork
- Wearable Art Necklaces
- Handmade items
- Custom or personalized orders
Please read product descriptions carefully and review all photos before placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We'll gladly work with you to make it right.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only if:
- Your order arrives damaged beyond reasonable repair.
- The incorrect item was sent and a replacement is unavailable.
Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment after the claim has been reviewed and approved.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been packaged or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
